This is the brilliant Bridge of the Presidents, with its illuminated eagle-crested pylons, dedicated to the Nation's chief executives who came from the states bordering the Great Lakes. The throngs are surging toward the Marine Theatre, over which a battery of searchlights plays ribbons of Aurora Borealis hues posted to Mr.& Mrs. Stephen Santag of Norwood, Ohio.
