Interview transcripts were parsed through ATLAS/ti qualitative analysis software. Subsequently, a theoretical model was conceptualized and sketched. Success in neighborhood historic preservation — how residents achieve successful historic preservation outcomes — remains an important question that hold potential for redirecting the focus of professional preservation managers.
