The idea for this project just popped into my head. I put a fire place and a recliner to give a look of old-time houses, like the inside of a brick house. I love those houses so I interpreted it into my piece. We studied Art Nouveau and had to incorporate patterns found under the microscope and depth of field throughout this piece. I used streptococcus cells because they were really simple cells to draw and perfect for the boy's shirt. For the chair I used onion skin cells because it looked like leather. I used stem cells to decorate the wall. They are circular and are a nice color. Lastly, I used Australian Pale Lager crystals as seen under the microscope for the floor. It's carpet, so I picked a weird, but cool pattern. Print size: 12x14
