In a conversation with Associate Professor of Music Mary Davis, Bill Claspy and Professor Davis discuss her book 'Erik Satie, a biography of the French composer that was published by Reaktion Books in their "Critical Lives" series in 2007. In addition, they also talk about her critically acclaimed book Classic Chic: Music, Fashion, and Modernism which was published by the University of California Press in 2006.
